Dr Elly Yassa is a specialist in periodontics . A periodontist is a dentist who has undergone further extensive training in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of gum disease and in the placement and care of dental implants.

Dr Elly Yassa has almost 20 years’ experience in the treatment and management of gingivitis, periodontitis and in the placement of implants.

She obtained her Bachelor and Masters Degree at the University of Melbourne. She has taught dental students at the Royal Dental Hospital Melbourne and has given lectures to dentists. She thoroughly enjoys passing on her experience and knowledge to the next generation of dentists.

Dr Elly Yassa has a very gentle and caring approach towards all of her patients. She is well known to treat patients with dental anxiety and takes time to connect with her patients so that they can feel comfortable during their time.

She is very passionate about caring for her patients and understands that every person has different treatment needs.
